| - If you are in a wheelchair, have a stroller, or have any trouble with access for that matter, avoid this store. Walked in with my baby stroller (a compact one) and the first problem was that the automatic door opener did not work. After I struggled into the store, clearly being observed by one of the store workers, who did not help, I tried navigating around and could not. Their merchandise was placed in such a way that you could not move anything but one person at a time in between it, never mind a stroller, wheelchair, etc. when I mentioned this to the staff regarding the non functioning access button, the woman's reply was: "we know. We are having it fixed." While that's fine, in the meantime, struggling customers needing to get in can benefit from a little help by the staff, I would think.
Wow! So, you know your access button doesn't work, you see a struggling customer trying to come in with a stroller, and potentially spend a few thousand dollars there, and you don't help and tell him "we know." Well, here is something I know, never going back there again, just of course, to test the door and see if it's been fixed ;)
