  • The staff in the pro shop has always been rude, condescending & makes you feel like you are doing them a favor by playing at their course. We have the SW PGA Pass & are only allowed 1 day to call for a tee time & of course there are never any available by then. Mike in the pro shop said "it is what it is, take it or leave it" to my husband!! RUDE! How do they get off talking like this to their clients?? We live in the community but will not play this course due to the way it is run. This is about the 6th time we have been treated like that & we are DONE.
