  • My wife and I have been coming here for three years now and it's steadily degraded in quality since we signed up. None of the equipment has been updated or replaced, no new amenities are offered, and the experience has grown stale. The personal trainers are rude and unhelpful, as well as being high pressure and attempt bullying. The front desk staff can't be bothered to take out their ear buds or look up from their personal laptops to be helpful in any manner, and the management is apathetic and condescending. It's honestly not worth the price. Go find a different gym that actually cares about their members.
