  • WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED!!! if you see this review before you sign a lease here count yourself very lucky! Reasons being: First of all they all make fake yelp accounts and write themselves good reviews to balance out the bad ones(told by a maintenance employee who was quitting), Azul by mark taylor??... it wasn't even built by mark taylor!! If you don't believe me ask for a tour of the apartments. None of the notorious mark taylor amenities. Very cheaply built and thin walls. You can hear everything, EVERYTHING!! The place is run by wild cats now, seriously it's a real problem. There are pitbulls everywhere("therapy pets") so it makes it legal LOL. The staff is horrible and once you since the lease the true colors will show if you ever need help with an issue, mainly Britt and Katie. The list goes on, but please save yourself. There are many better places in the gilbert area that are actually worth the money. Good luck to you on your journey! If I saved one person from this god awful place then I'll be happy.
