| - I have been here a few times now, and each time the customer service is non-existent. Only this time, it was 1:30pm on Thanksgiving Monday and for the first time, the sales associates outnumbered the customers and somehow, despite standing around and looking for someone to be available for help, I still managed to be ignored! Instead, this is what I saw: 2 cashiers (with only one person paying, and nobody in line), 3 associates in the perfume section chatting, 1 lady coming out, then going back into the back room with a coffee (assuming she was actually on break), 2 at the Beauty Studio actually helping clients and 1 lady with a clipboard telling another associate to go on her break. I timed it: 11 minutes actually waiting for someone to help and when I finally asked one of the ladies standing around in the perfume department, she couldn't have looked more annoyed, and the help was provided reluctantly and to the bare minimum.
Ive never had bad service at a Sephora, even in the busiest, most chaotic of stores, so this store is definitely an exception to what is normally a very customer-friendly chain.
