  • I think most of us can agree that Bank of America doesn't care about these reviews on Yelp. Just look up any branch and they all have been hit with 2 star reviews or lower. This review is for perspective customers, not for the scum working at this branch. If you're thinking of opening an account with this bank I urge you to seek other options. Especially if you're gay. They are massively homophobic at this branch. I was refused answers about my account at this bank and I am positive it was because the manager and the teller are homophobic. I had to go to another branch and I got the help I needed there. As soon as my pending transactions clear I will be closing my account.
