Another update to a recent post... Don't expect this dealer to back you up when the car has problems or stand up on your behalf to make things right with the manufacturer. All they do is provide you lip service and never deliver. I had to deal with them with several problems on a new car that I purchased from them, repeated visits for the same problems. Issues ranging from transmission, electronics, Bluetooth... The owner John Ellaguard is clueless about customer service, He has a PR person, Monica to handle issues but never really rosolve, just buy time until customers give up, thank you Yelp for giving consumers a voice. Dont expect San Tan to back you up on warranty or service issues.
Check also the turnover rate they have on sales and service associates due to mismanagement.

We met another customer with the same issue, yet the dealer does not acknowledge it is a known problem with the car transmission. All they do is try to stall hoping you give up or say they are waiting for VW to put out a computer update, they have been saying that for over a year:
