rev:text	*Delano provide a very bad customer experience-good job! And for throwing out my husband out of the property without any phone to get a hold on me. BY THE WAY HERES THE STORY So the other guest would understand why.....I will start from the 1st day on our arrival day! --We Booked our room online through mgm and we choose to stay at mandalay because I wanna try it even my husband wanna stay either Bellagio or Venetian At las vegas...but because I wanna try this hotel so my husband booked this hotel for our 4th wedding anniversary-However turn out into a nightmare- At the arrival day the lady offered as a 20$ upgrade for a luxury suite so why we would say no for more extra 20$ since were having our wedding anniversary. But we were not aware that the room is in different tower and name as Delano,were having a hardtime looking for the hotel itself coz theres no clear instructions at all-,when we check in I don't like the ambiance something is not right...so I'm literally right about it.today aug.20th from having fun watching a concert when we were back at the hotel,my husband forgot his phone at our car so since he doesn't have the valet ticket the valet guy told him that his not allowed to get anything from the car.my husband grab some chips from our car and the guy ask the security so my husband came back inside and told me what happen and they call the security of course my husband has a right to get mad why?because the room is under his name 2nd the valet name is under his name as well and the 3rd one why you wont allow my husband to get stuff at our own car and at the first place you saw both of us taking off from the car.and they hold my husband the security from mandalay hotel are very nice to me coz I ask them what I'm going to do coz I don't really know what to do,so they told me that I can just wait into my room and leave my car into valet and they left,so I speak with one of the security from Delano hotel his a short white guy and very rude he told me to park my car itself and about the payment that's the time that I would discuss it with the hotel itself-coz I don't wanna have anymore issue I park my car at the 2nd floor and I call the security and ask about the status of my husband they said that my husband is just finishing up the paper works and he got evicted from the hotel itself so I ask them so what I am going to do?do I have to go there to get him or what and they said that oh just stay at your room and we will escort your husband going to your room so I wait for them did booked a different hotel in las vegas time pass by I'm done packing our stuff I didn't received any call or either my husband didn't come back to the room yet so I call the security again and they told me that my husband left the property so I was shocked! I ask them where he at they said just across the street which is not actually a safe neighborhood but my poor husband doenst have a choice,and they said my husband call 911 and I told them how come he call 911?
