  • Very disappointed in this hotel. Not what I expected from an SPG property. First, it wasn't cleaned well in the bathroom (I will try to post pictures). The carpets in the hallways were filthy and spotted. My husband hit his let on the edge of the bed which protruded about 3-4 inches from the mattress on all ends. He really cut it. He went down to get a bandage and they had 2 gauze pieces but failed to give him any tape. I went back down to get tape but there was no antiseptic to administer. They were more concerned about liability than his leg. No one ever bothered to see how he was the next two days. When we checked out, we never even were asked how our stay was. I did call SPG and expressed my disappointment. As a local, I will NOT recommend a stay here.
