  • Not impressed! First, I go to the ATM about an hour after the branch closed last week and the ATM can't distribute money. Swell! Today, I go in to get money broken down into denominations smaller than the twenties the ATM gives and their machine that dispenses money is also down. Perfect! That's after getting attitude from a lady behind the counter (a supervisor or trainer or sorts) when I inquired about a charge on my account. In my opinion, there's a lot of room for improvement at this branch.
