  • 2 things. 1. Went in with a coupon for basic wash and upgraded. I had removed everything from inside my Scion XB, so the interior could be cleaned. Section between front bucket seats was completely ignored as was the space behind the back seat. Floor mats were thrown in a pile on the floor 2. Car has roof racks- the guy used a tone with me regarding Danny's not being held responsible if the racks are damaged during washing. I understand the disclaimer, however the staff member could have been professional versus what I perceived as threatening when describing this. Guys that did exterior did a fine job, however I see no reason to come back and would encourage others not to bother.
