  • I would not typically write a review on a retail store, but I found my experience to be so great that I felt compelled. Last week, I bought my favorite fall scented candle (Leaves) and it was full price. I made a comment to the nice woman that was helping me, that I knew it would probably go on sale soon, but this scent always sold out so I had to get one. She then proceeded to tell me that if it did go on sale within 14 days, they would honor that price as long as I kept the receipt. The next day they went on sale (2 for $22). SO... I went back today (9 days later) and asked if this were the case & could I go ahead and get the additional candle. Betina politely explained that I was misinformed and although I was fully prepared to accept that, she didn't even give me that chance. She honored the deal and explained how the whole thing works. It mus be within 7 days and it's only a sale item (i.e. now it's 50% off or 25% off, etc) not on a promo (2 for $22). She was so wonderful and sweet to honor the deal that I really didn't even qualify for. B&BW has a real gem here. Betina is amazing and I only wish I could give feedback on their website.
