  • Very good customer service when renting before Christmas. My only suggestion is reading the types of cars in each class before booking and "believing" what you read. I reserved an intermediate car and was shocked to receive a Ford Focus. The website says the Focus may be a possibility, but relying upon past rental experiences with other companies I knew it was a compact, thought it a site error, and reserved anyway. Huge mistake on my part...Essentially no back seat...Read and believe!!
