rev:text	Disrespectful of time. I booked a same day appointment in advance, then waited 50 min for a 2 min tech appointment for an anal gland expression. I'm so disappointed - I didn't expect a same day appointment, so please don't book me if you don't have the availability! I respected your time - I planned for traffic and was there 5 min early. All I ask is for the same respect in return. No, i don't expect to be taken in the exact minute of my appointment, but 50 min ridiculous. To top it off, you had the nerve to charge me $45 for the (literally) under 5 min appointment. At least try to make it right. I do believe the care here is good. I've had great interactions with the vet, particularly with one of my dogs dental cleaning, even if they insisted on charging me a ridiculous amount for pre-screening tests despite me signing a document to waive it. However, if I can't count on my wait time being within reason, I don't know how I can continue to get my pups care here.
