  • i felt compelled to add a few more starts onto my already 5 star status of lincoln park. here's the reasons why: lincoln park's arts in august series. shakespeare in the park, dance concerts from groundworks, verb ballet, and later in september the big ol tremont arts fest and civil war re-enactment thing. there's the pool, which on my walk back from the bus stop always seems enticing in the warm summer months. and last weekend, while gazing at clouds and writing, i witnessed a bunch of hipsters filming for the 48 hr film project. it is the fulcrum of interesting things going on in tremont. yes, lincoln park. you get five more stars. despite the bad name reference to shitty pop rock bad white boy rappin bands.
