  • My boyfriend and I came here last night to see The Office Party. And we were quite disappointed with the atmosphere of the theater. In theater 13, my boyfriend sat in a chair with duct tape on the seat. Our server was very nice, but he completely forgot about our food. About 30 minutes went by and everyone else got their food in the theater. I pushed the call for service button on my seat, and he brought out the food and immediately apologized. We took one bite and our food had tasted like it was sitting out for a long time and was cold. We asked the manager to take it back and she promised to take half of it off of our bill. I was charged otherwise because the server asked for my credit card before the meal. I am awaiting to receive a refund. I honestly wouldn't recommend this theater. I feel the prices of their food is a little outrageous.
