  • I was not completely satisfied with my experience with this company. Some of the table clothes I rented were dirty and the chairs were not in great condition. The worst part of my experience with this company was the pick up of my rentals which was scheduled from 9:00am-12:00pm. When they still had not arrived at noon, I called the office and spoke with Norma. She told me they would come the next day to pick up my rentals. Considering I had rented the space for the event and had already been waiting 3 hours for them, I told her this was unacceptable. I then spoke with a manager, Andrew, who told me they may be able to pick up the rentals sometime in the next 3-4 hours. I was shocked at the lack of concern for my situation and how the team was not genuine or caring to their error. I would only use this company again if I had no other option.
