  • We are having record-breaking temperatures this week (June 20th) and it wouldn't be summer in Arizona without my A/C deciding it's working overtime and it's done pushing cold air into my home! I called NVM yesterday late afternoon, and got an appointment for today. I got a text saying the Technician was on his way, and I love that "David" showed up 10 minutes later! He was professional, efficient and was able to quickly tell me that unfortunately, the motor needed to be replaced. He had a new one on his truck, and under an hour, installed it and checked that the rest of my system was working properly. Thank you! You saved me from having to find a place to stay tonight for me, my family and our pets! I highly recommend this company.
