  • DO NOT GO HERE! They sent my jewelry off to be melted down last week "accidentally"& apologize and said they would request it be sent back immediately & it should be back in a few days. Today is day six so I call for an update and the guy tells me oh I can't guarantee that it won't be melted down and sent back. So Im like WTF. I ask for a manager and he was equally rude kept talking over me & ignoring my question & comments. Rushing me off the phone. His name was Edward. I no longer feel secure in trusting them with my stuff. I'm very scared and no longer reassured by talking to them. Also want to throw in there Brandy the original person I talk to was nice and helpful but everyone else act like its my fault or something.
