  • This place is a joke. Our air hasn't been working for the past few weeks. Nothing they did worked so finally they called a plumber. They didn't have the part so with it being 117 out all weekend we had to live with no air except for a portable cooler they loaned us which works in 1 room where we were confined all weekend with our 2 dogs. The day comes when they're supposed to fix it and well what do you know! They can't and we have to wait another week for the plumbing company to fix our air! Meanwhile we have soaring temperatures outside and a heat advisory. This should be one of the most important things to any complex in the city during this time of year but this place doesn't care. And the office manager had the nerve to ask if we could go stay with family or friends while it's broken while we're still paying rent! The apartments really nice but management is terrible and doesn't care about their tenets.
