  • They must be under new management because they used to be the best but not anymore - beware! I had them install my AC unit about 5 years ago. The were the nicest, most down to earth people. Excellent customer service, excellent price on the unit. I was a very happy customer. Once a year I had them come out to do a tuneup. Same thing, fair price & great customer service. I recently had them come out for my annual tune-up & they found a few things that needed to be adjusted. They were going to charge me a ridiculous price BUT if I joined & paid for some maintenance contract for 1 year, the contract AND the small repairs would be LESS than if I didn't go into this contract. What a scam!! They NO LONGER care about customer service. They care about milking you for every dollar they can get out of you. Save yourself the headache and use a different company.
