I was excited when Greystar assumed the management of the property I lived in because I thought that this management company would be more responsive to the maintenance both on the grounds and in the units. I could not have been more wrong. There is trash in bins not picked up (yet the the tenants pay for it) for a month and no one has done anything about it. Greystar does not return phone calls from their "resident" lines and from their "Regional Supervisors". The grounds are still in shambles. Do not live in any community that this company "manages".
