  • Horrible company !! Big scammers that's all they are! I contacted carrie about a property . It took her forever to respond but when she did she said someone else had already applied for the place and to check back on Monday to see if they had been approved. So I did and even though I had texted her she didn't remember me. Idk if she deletes her messages or if she's just really dumb . She said you can go apply and I asked uh what about the other applicants that you said had already applied and she said they didn't get accepted. Well I asked her then what it takes to be accepted . No felonies no evictions no pets credit score above 500 and income 3 x rent. I was accepted into 2 places .But we wanted this place ! I submitted my applications with the 90 dollar application fee for both me and my sister. We did this on Tuesday early morning . The first thing that comes back is the credit score and collections. That comes back right away within an hour. So this bitch had those scores . I texted her Wednesday but nothing I texted her Thursday morning no reply . She finally texts me on Thursday late afternoon to tell me I rejected. She made up bullsh*t reasons . This unprofessional scamming bi*tch is making everyone apply for their place taking their application fees waiting days after their applications came back and then just rejecting them. I never even met her I had to go see the property by myself I had questions about the property and she never answered them. I'm actually glad I didn't get accepted to this piece of sh*t company ! I'm just mad this company stole 90 dollars from me !
