I had an appointment for a Dermaplane in March. Treatment was very good but after I got from behind the closed curtain I was approached with a salesperson trying to sell products. Felt coerced into buying some product. As I bought the product I was not told there was no refund! I had not left the building was still inside waiting for my sister. I decided I did not need the product and asked for a refund. The girl said no but I'll get the manager named Samantha Weiss, she proceeded to tell me no refunds it says on receipt! I did not get receipt until after I purchased product and was not told at the time there was no return! Manager was quite rude and told me to take it up with the company of SkinMedica. I did and they said "sorry"! I felt that since I had not left the academy and tried to return within 10 min of buying I should have gotten a refund! Very poor customer service as she proceeded to walk away! Buyer Beware as I had to pay $179 for product
