  • Doesn't surprise me that this place has such a low review. Walked in and the woman at the desk was on the phone, chit chatting about her daughter's birthday and a bunch of other nonsense while we stood there waiting for help. When it was finally our turn to get a document notarized, they stated it could not be done using a passport (current and in perfect condition). I went to the Secretary of State site where it clearly states a passport is valid ID. But it seems this CU has made its own rules and does NOT ABIDE by the state rules. Please tell me how a passport book issued by the Feds is not acceptable ID. Closing my CD account and all other accounts with this institution. Their staff is rude, inept, and there are so many other options nearby.
