The people are generally nice, but everyone is so incompetent.
If you want to fool the customers into thinking you care even just a little bit, maybe have a system that at least remembers their vehicle status. Don't call me repeatedly to do an oil change and maintenance on a vehicle I don't own anymore (even after I've informed you); especially since I got that vehicle from you a month earlier, and it was brought to your repair shop where it was deemed a write off. Don't bother trying to over diagnose a 1 year old car that's a 2 year lease and under warranty. Maybe be as vigilant about keeping track of when your customers' leases are up as you are about promoting your maintenance packages so that when they return the vehicle, at least one person is there who can facilitate the return. There were a dozen people working that day, and none of them could get it done. The process took me a total of 5 hours waiting for a manager to sign some paper work.
When I got my second identical car from you 1 month after the initial one (the write-off) you refused to even try to give me the same price. It wasn't until I started talking to another Chevy dealership that you came back down. Ultimately you ended up having to give me an even lower monthly than before to compete. Also, brought my vehicle in for a recall repair and part of my dash was left disassembled.
Anyway, I doubt I'll be getting another Chevy in the future, but even if I do, it wouldn't be through Eastside. ?
