  • This company is an absolute joke. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Crappy service and furniture and since everything is "special ordered" nothing can be returned. I never thought I would be so unhappy receiving furniture. Everyone from the customer service rep, to the delivery men, and even the manager Eileen were all very unprofessional. No one ever apologized for our situation and the only thing they could do is give me a discount if I purchased anything else from them. Yeah right! Stay far away from this place. There is a reason they have 1.5 stars.
