| - I had a really pleasant dinner at Nonya the other night. I love Indonesian food and my meal at Nonya was delicious. I had the Vegan Delights (very much appreciated the vegan options), which was a fantastic spread of saffron rice, curry tofu, shredded coconut, jackfruit (both the coconut and jackfruit were really well prepared), spicy cucumber, fried cassava, crispy taro, and a skewer each of tempeh and tofu with a sweet soy sauce. The omnivores all enjoyed their meals, too. If I weren't vegan, I would have been excited to try Nonya's Indonesian take on poutine, which sounds fun. The outdoor seating area is very pleasant on a nice summer evening. The service was kind, though not overly attentive. We weren't in a rush, though, and I very much enjoyed the meal and would happily go back.
