  • Ordered take out from the Birkdale location on three different occasions. And on all three occasions they got the order wrong. I had to go back to get what I ordered and paid for. On top of that, they told me that what I ordered is not what I ordered and I had to argue and prove my point all three times. Their online ordering experience is a mess, the food is not fresh, they do not know the meaning of the customer being right. It is not worth it to me to ever go there (or any Chipotle) ever again. I could understand one mistake, but 3 for 3? I'm done. I hope you folks don't have the bad experiences I had. With all the incidences they had as reported in the news, something is definitely not right here. I don't advise anyone to go there.
