  • I ordered flowers for my sister in law whose mom had passed, not knowing that she and my brother left AZ after the service. My brother said, not to worry the neighbor was checking for deliveries. With the temperature hitting over 100, I was concerned. My brother alerted me that NO Flowers were delivered. I called BDF immediately and left a message explaining the situation. No return calls. Next day, repeat. After that I called Visa to dispute the charge. When my relatives got home there were no flowers (or dried remnants) waiting. I called again, no call back. I just received notification from Visa that BDF is denying my claim. This business is a sham.
