  • Terrible!! Terrible service, terrible network, dropped calls, poor reception, incompetent customer service reps --Terrible. If you're 12, and never leave Toronto, and never speak to anyone on the phone, you're fine. Try to travel anywhere, use your phone while walking/driving/moving, contact customer service and that's where everything falls apart. I am so unimpressed by everything Wind mobile, it might be cheap.. but things are cheap for a reason! If you're a grown up, and need to use your phone for anything but texting, definitely choose another provider, or you will be as frustrated as I am.
