  • This its my second winter in Arizona. I rented an apartment at the Tempe Villagio Apartments last year. Being new to renting, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. A couple minor maintenance issues that arose, were handled immediately by the staff. I love the area, and the personnel at the complex. The manager Pam Kiriakidis, and her staff are very friendly, and always willing to help. Before returning this winter, I contacted Pam, and again rented at Villagio. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to see many improvements to the grounds. There are new grills, and covered picnic areas located throughout the complex. A new common area with gas grills and a fire pit at the pool, is really nice and super convenient. There is a shopping mall down the street. Grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food, all within walking distance. Kiwanis Park is only a few blocks away. There are many dog parks located within a few miles of the complex. If you are coming to Tempe, give Villagio a look.
