rev:text	READ BEFORE YOU SIGN UP !! ZERO STARS Planet fitness has to have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They have the most incompetent people working the desk not to mention they tell you there is no commitment and that's a LIE the black membership (which you think your getting a great de with the added tanning) you actually do without your knowledge they told me that I was NOT LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT JUST CANCEL IN 30 days but when it was time to cancel they told me I had to pay $90 to "break" my contract I've spoken to corporate and told them to cancel me now that I'm supposed to be canceled I look at my bank statement I'm being charged still so I call the gym tell them what happened and have the nerve to call me a liar and want me to come into the branch to cancel again oh I will definitely going to the branch!
