rev:text	I really enjoyed my stay at the Meto hotel! I was blown away by the customer service. My favorite part of this hotel was the concierge staff. Okay so I purchased 4 post cards to mail to my loved ones while I was in Toronto. The Concierge sold me 4 stamps and also mailed my post cards! I was so touched by this. Also we arrived one night early for our reservation. The Concierge was so gracious he booked us a room and gave us a $30.00 discount too. I think a hotel no matter how fancy or plain is only as good as the staff. The staff at Met Hotel exceeded my expecatations. When housekeeping did not make up our room because we had our privacy tag on the door they called and left a voicemail for us explaining why they hadn't cleaned and offerred to come back, that was just another perfect touch. The Met even provided me a vase upon request to put flowers in that I had purchased from the market. We even got to move to a higher floor upon request. I would certainly stay at the Met on ALL future visits to Toronto. My only regret was not having dined at either of the two resturants but there's always next time. They have a dim sum resturant on the 2nd floor. Oh and I ordered a shrimp ceasar salad that cost $26.00 dollars that was not fun. The bed was super comfy oh and the linen was so lovely. One of our pillows was a little flat but there were a total of 4 on the bed so no biggie there. The tvs are out dated I am talked Zenith tube!!! Haha but why go on vacation if you're going to be in the room watching TV all day? I love you Met Hotel with my whole heart!
