  • I am very disappointed by the service at this store especially for the location and neighborhood that it's in. 1. The staff wasn't very friendly and they were unprofessional. The girl that did my pedicure had headphones on while she was working on my toes. They didn't even thank me or say bye when I left. 2. I came in on a Monday night. The store was not busy at all when I arrived, but the person who did my nails was rushing through to get my pedicure done. 3. The space is very cramped and small. It looks very old and dirty. 4. I usually get gel paint on my pedicure but they had a very small selection of colors. 5. To remove gel paint, the store I usually go to uses these wraps. However, this store used that machine used on acrylic nails, which basically destroys the natural nail. I feel that this store is a little antiquated in their methods. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
