You let us down. Our stay back in January of this year was near-perfect. But we just returned from a stay with your Prestige level and we are sad. The room needed upgrading. The evening appetizers were not good at all and the tables were dirty. And then - housekeeping SUCKED. (sorry to use such a nasty word, but having to ask four times for a blanket???) The coffee this morning was weak...and in Vegas, you need strong java.
We are very sad because we want to love you.
oh well.....back to the Wynn....
