We stayed here for a conference for three days. It was my first experience with Embassy Suites. If they are all as good as this one, I'll be looking for them in the future.
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms clean, the views of the mountains are spectacular. Service was outstanding.
What really sets them apart is the breakfast buffet. I would almost rate the buffet as well as any outside restaurant I've ever eaten for breakfast. The omelet cooked to order was done perfectly. They have obviously perfected their system and serve an incredible number of omelets to guests each morning. The buffet of eggs, sausage, potatoes and bacon is very good as well as coffee, juices, fresh fruit, breads and pastries of all descriptions. For family travelers, I can imagine this is a huge draw.
The evening happy hour in the lobby is equally well done. Complimentary drinks and light snacks are available for around two hours each evening. I found the choices pretty comprehensive including frozen drinks and mixed cocktails of all descriptions.
