  • This steakhouse is located downstairs of the Bellagio on the side by the fountains. The escalators can be found next to Giorgio Armani. Dress is business casual (no shorts). Very plush decor and dim lighting makes it a cozy dining experience. They do have a small patio area for outdoor seating as well. You can view the menu we had on our visit on 3/1/15 since there are a few price and dish changes: https://butterfly1465.wordpress.com/2015/05/01/prime-steakhouse/ Our Order: Potato Gnocchi Sea Bass Porterhouse Dry Aged Ribeye Bone in Filet Mignon Bottle of Red Wine: ($188) 13528 Isoceles - Justin Vineyards & Winery from Paso Robles. 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc. Double Espresso: ($5.75) Added a twist of orange zest The BF ordered the Bone in Filet Mignon. The meat was tender and extremely juicy. It was quite funny because as people were eating, there was a lot of moaning and comments on how good the steaks were made. The two favorite sauces were the Peppercorn and the BĂ©arnaise sauce (made of clarified butter emulsified in egg yolks and white wine vinegar and flavored with herbs). BF wanted to try the Sea Bass and since I was still full from lunch, I obliged him (even though I didn't think it was a good idea). Unfortunately, I wasn't too fond of the fish, it had flaky chunks of meat but was slightly dry and didn't taste really fresh. I suggest just sticking to the meats here. Service was excellent. I had requested a table close to the windows for the birthday boy and the table definitely gave us a great view of the shows. We were super lucky because it had just stopped raining and the night was clear for us to easily see the show. Our waiter was able to give us great descriptions of the food and provided fantastic recommendations. The chairs were pulled out for everyone and every time someone walked away, their napkins were folded. Drinks were constantly refilled and since there was a waiter always nearby, anything we needed was quickly retrieved. Dinner came out to about $100/person for our group of 7 and was really worth it. With several good restaurant picks for my BF's friend's birthday, I've now been assigned as the restaurant-picker on all future trips! :D
