  • My children moved into one of the Saving Grace rental properties in North Phoenix. When I saw it I was totally appalled at the condition of this property. I would think the owner would want a management company that would treat the tenants with some courtesy and respect to keep them a long term tenants. This home which they have occupied for over seven months has had zero maintenance done on it. There are actually safety issues that need to be repaired immediately that Saving Grace will not do anything about. I would have to guess that they prefer to have there tenants move out annually so they can keep churning the properties for their undeserved commission. I am taking it upon myself to contact the fair housing commission and whatever other state agencies to get this place repaired. SAVING GRACE INVESTMENTS are truly the most dismal dishonest group of individuals to work with. I would caution anyone who is interested in one of their properties to walk, no run away from this group. If you look at someone Yelp who only has negative feedback this is a 100% confirmation of what they are, and what you can expect. Don't be fooled by this shady operation. What you read is what your going to get!!
