  • I'm disappointed with this hotel. First I'll state the positives. The rooms "seemed" clean and we had a great view of the strip and upon arrival we were given 2 small water bottles and fruit. We had the presidential 1 bedroom suite which accommodated 4 of us. The concierge service also seemed very nice. Now for the negatives. We had to pay for parking daily even as a hotel guest and that's for self parking or valet. We decided to valet since it was easier because if you do self parking you have to walk a little ways. The final day of our stay we waited 30 minutes to receive our car which made us late for a lunch reservation. No one ever told us there was a problem finding the car until I asked what was taking so long. And even when I asked originally the girl at the window said the supervisor is handling it. Handling what!? Its highly unprofessional and just be upfront when asked a question especially when it's about someone's vehicle. I was told I would be reimbursed for 2 days and still haven't seen it. Second the bar in the lobby is only open until 2am and this being Vegas you would expect 24/7 service but I guess they're the exception. They did a last call but if you were sitting outside then you weren't notified. Again, bad service. The last thing that really topped off the bad visit was I left an outfit in one of the closest in the room with a pair of heels. When I called they said that housekeeping did not find anything in there and that there were already guest in the room so they would have to wait to search. So basically you're telling me that your house keeping does not clean out the entire room before another set of guest arrive. This is very disgusting to know that these rooms are not thoroughly cleaned before guest arrive. Who knows if the bedding is even changed out if they are failing to check minor details such as the closet. I understand I am responsible for my belongings but this could have been avoided had the room been thoroughly checked so now they have told me that did not find my belongings in the room. So either housekeeping took it or the guest who stayed after have taken it. Who knows? I stayed in room 56-018 from Jun 7- Jun 10 so maybe it was just the house keeper for those particular days who did not perform a thorough cleaning. Oh and the dryer in the room does not dry clothes very well. You have to do multiple drying sessions.
