  • The worst!! The Phoenician added almost 1k in charges on my bill so when I called they apologized and removed them. A week later I was charged 200 from the spa. I never went to the spa. I called again. Getting the run around. I had to call 4 times and they still couldn't figure out the charges. They said they'd call me back after looking into it and still have not returned me call. I am livid. And the hotel is so outdated and old. Not worth it!
