Guillame is clearly a mainstay in the Montreal bakery scene. They put out well-executed breads and pastries in an impressive variety.
I got the crossaint and the almond croissant.
I really liked the Almond Croissant. I thought it had tons of almonds, a great touch of sweetness, and a nice helping of butter in there. This was my favorite of the two.
The croissant was good, but not great. It was a bit too bready, didn't have quite a soft enough bite, and needed a more buttery flavor profile.
