  • Lived there for six months. The inside maintenance? was good but everything else - bad -especially for the price. The yard workers trash? your car - DAILY - and there is only ONE space per unit?. But mainly the neighbors. The management puts on a front as if to be upscale but we had people next to us that STARTED partying at 11 pm?, parked in our one space, noisy partying every single night. Also, ?low lifes from all over come in to use the pool? and gym every day. In the summer the pool is often closed to be "cleaned". People just pull up in their cars and come in. The other neighbors are all Indian with kids, so quiet, but not friendly. Then when it is the Phoenix Open - they rent out the units like hotel rooms. Seriously like living in the ghetto.
