  • Was in a crunch and needed one more part to finish an all day, very difficult job. Barely made it to ACE in time. I got there at EXACTLY 6:59PM (on my phone which automatically sets the time) on Friday and the place was already totally DARK and EMPTY All of the display items that were normally outside were already put away and there wasn't an employee in the place. I get that it's Friday night but you either need to change your hours or find more dedicated, responsible employees. "ACE is NOT the place with the helpful hardware folks". Its the place where the folks that work there can't wait to get the f@#k out of there. I hope the few minutes was worth it. I'm on my way to Home Depot....forever.
