  • This place is a hidden gem...literally! They are tucked between a Starbucks & munch box on Ft. Apache in between Russell & Sunset. Boy are they awesome! I live right up the street so convenience was the main reason my boyfriend and I popped in one day to get my heart necklace chain fixed. We wrestle a lot and the chain is dainty and older. Since then, I have been back about 3 other times to fix it because my boyfriend and I can't stop rough housing lol. Every time I have been there, the owner has charged me less and less...finally, the most recent time, he swapped out my chain for a new one free of charge! This one is slightly shorter, but I love it because it fits through the tiny holes on my diamond heart and is comfortable and is finally short enough where it doesn't get caught on anything. The service in this place is wonderful, every person in there-especially the owner always has a huge grin and is full of compliments and great insight on recommendations. I give this place two thumbs up and you bet your booty my boyfriend and I will be in for an engagement ring soon:) Thank you wonderful family owned hidden gem for your service and your smiles, you truly know how to make someone's day!
