  • They are very strict on their coupon policy. I just wasted 30 mins arguing with the manager and cashier because I wanted to use my 20% coupon printed off line on my $900 sale. Really? A big corporation like that and they are giving consumers a hard time about getting 20% off ? They only honored it at first because my total was $150 but then my husband and I liked the outdoor patio set and lounge chairs so now our total is $900 but they did not want to honor my coupon anymore. How the hell does that make any sense???? Would you rather have a customer spend $700 or $100??? So finally after giving us hell and causing a scene at the front of the store going back and forth over a damn coupon they honored it. I won't be coming back here PERIOD! Id rather go to Lowes!
