  • Horribly unprofessional and not prepared. I am giving a 1 star rating in order to post this, as there is no negative rating. I needed a water heater replaced, and the guy came with one. The guy has a pick up truck, no hand truck, or helper to actually install the unit. The guy tells me (a female - saying that I "look" strong) he needs me to lift the unit to the platform about 18 inches off the ground so he can arrange the pan. I then politely ask why he doesn't have a helper if that's what he needs to install the unit. The guy proceeds to have a tantrum and storm off because I would not and cannot lift a 150+ pound unit. I do not ask a customers/clients to basically do my job when I go to work. This is absurd behavior, save yourself the grief and hire a reputable plumber.
