  • There are so many reasons why I would NEVER buy a Ford again. Some of them have have to do with this dealership and some of them have to do with Ford Motor Company. I do want to point out that there is one redeeming thing about this dealership and that is the service manager, Leslie. She is wonderful and I hope they know how good they have it with her. She would be the only reason I would ever go back there. There were so many debocals with this dealership from the time time that I tried to buy my car. I say TRIED, because the car that they ordered for me, the sold out from under me when it came in. Yup, sold it. They scurried to try to find me a car that matched the one I ordered and it turned out to be a lemon. That's right, a lemon. From start to finish with Ford it was one thing after another. They were extremely unhelpful at the corporate level and I even hired an attorney. At the end of the day, I was able to get rid of my vehicle and went to BMW where I am treated right. I had that Ford for a year and a half and it was a very stressful year and half that I am happy to be done with. Good riddance.
