  • So this place used to be my secret weapon. I mean, I loved it. The service was decent, the work was outstanding, and the overall experience was relaxing and fun. I went in last week and while my nails look fantastic, I was shocked by the unhygienic conditions in the shop. All of the materials were sterilized and the individual stations were clean, but the walls, the shelves, and the floor were grimy and dirty. There were puddles on the floor and hair everywhere. In addition, they received a Conditional Pass on their last inspection. I'm heartbroken because I really loved this place, but until they literally clean up their act, I'm going to have to go somewhere else.
