Real lack of cleanliness issues here. The floor of the theater was sticky with soda. I moved twice trying to find a place to watch the movie that didn't involve my feet adhering to the floor like suction cups. No luck--all three locations had sticky floors.
The lack of cleanliness extends to the bathroom. It is almost impossible to use the sinks in the women's bathroom since the sensor that turns on the water with your hand movement is covered with scum and can't detect that you need the water to turn on (you find this out after you already have soap on your hands), after trying 4 different sinks I finally found one that would turn on and wash the soap off.
Now, for the problems with the movie. I have been to this theater 5 times in the last year. One time I left without seeing the movie since they were having problems with the projector and had cancelled the showing I was there to see. My most recent visit I was told the same thing (the projector was broken), but they would check to see if they had cancelled the showing. The good news is they had fixed the projector and I was able to see the movie that I had come for. However, I need to feel more secure that my trip to the movies will not be in vain, so I will find a new theater.
